Citysearch is now simply a flagship publisher on the CityGrid network and has subsequently changed its name to CityGrid Media. The new media company, a property of Barry Diller's IAC, boasts over 15 million business profile listings, 3 million user & editorial reviews and 1 million local advertisers.
